Lost

Hello all

Firstly, I'd like to apologise for my abscence of late. It's been a little bit hectic and although it seems that I have not done anything creative, I have in fact been scrapping up a storm. For 7 weeks I planned, played and scrapped non stop over weekends, evenings ect. So now that my entries for this year's Scrapbooking Master's Competition by Scrapbookng Memories Magazine, are well and truley done,  I can refocus my energy. I will admit it felt a bit like a,"marathon" and as such  I took a little break from scrapbooking. Instead I focused on cardmaking for a while and just did a few small, simple things.

Sadly, I am also a bit behind with  my Tim Tags, but  I do intend to catch up soon. - I've been missing creating these little guys.

So with this years entries in, I thought it would be a good idea to share another one of my entries from last year. I was very happy with the end result and thrilled when it received a honrable mention from Scrapbooking Memories Magazine.

This layout was inspired by the amazing Anna Dabrowska, aka Finnabair.

I think that we could all agree that life can sometimes seem a bit overwhelming, and this is exactly what I attempted to portray with this layout. I attempted to show that although daily life can sometimes inundate us with all it's pressures and to do lists, the key in finding solutions is to calm down, get quiet and allow rational thinking to flow, rather that running around franticly.
