Hello dear friends

I hope you all had an amazing weekend. I am back today sharing a very special post.

A little while back I have been incredibly fortunate to win the 13@rts monthly challenge. As part of my wonderful prize I also got the opportunity to guest design and today I can share my layout I made for them. I am just  so so happy and honored. I am literally dancing with excitement for this amazing opportunity.

Forever

Paper: In the Past
Paper: Lavender Fields
Paperpad Vintage moments
A4 Stickers - Vintage moments 2 - Big words
A4 Stickers - OUT OF THE BLUE eng black
Bordoux Water Ink
Microspheres
Dried roots of ecru
'Vintage moments' Flowers
Pink hologram glitter

This month the Challenge is Vintage Love and inspired by Olga's new Vintage Collection papers.

I loved this collection from the moment it was released and could litterally not wait to get my hands on them.

This challenge is ideal  for what I dreamt up to do with this collection and coupled with this gorgeous engagement photo of my beloved cousin and his now wife, it was a perfect match.

I fussy cut designs from both the paperpad and individual 12x12 pages to use as embelishments on my page.

To add some texture I included the dried root into my embellishment clusters.

Details includes miscrosheres I coloured with the water ink and hologram glitter.

Last but not least I finished it off with the beautiful stickers and quotes.

Remember if you are an Aussie, you can buy these awesome goodies right here at your doorstep. Just visit Scrap Matrix and within no time you too could be playing with these awesome products.

Till later have fun I will chat to you again  real soon.

MORE THAN WORDS SEPTEMBER MAIN CHALLENGE AND ALL AND CREATE CHALLENGE 1

Hello dear friends

Today I am sharing my DT layout for the September  More Than Words Challenge .

Our Challenge this month is to create a GRUNGE  project using the word FEARLESS as inspiration.

I created a grungy printed background using my Geliplate. Next I added lots of grungy items and texture including corrugated cardboard, an old bbq grid, staples, twine, lace and metal embellishments.

It's a bit modern with a tad of vintage and it includes a face and word strips about taking risks and being brave.

If some of this sound familiar you are right. It was the perfect fit for All-and-create's Europe challenge. If you want to play along read Challenge 1 by following this linkhttps://www.aallandcreate.com/challenge-1

I will also be teaching this in my upcoming trip to Brisbane in 2 weeks so if you like it be sure to book our spot at The Scrap A Patch.

Till next time, have fun.
